- This is a refundable security deposit for Pole Practice. This is not a class and not a practice session
- You only need to pay deposit once
- Request for security deposit refund here when you do not want to attend any future individual practice in Mischievous.
- All refund can be in form of Studio Cash voucher or refund to a Malaysian Bank Account only. No refund in cash or eWallet or Oversea Bank Account or Credit Cards.
- Deposit does not expired
- We reserved the right to deduct your security deposit if you exceed your practice time, share with another person, deliberate destroy our equipment or fixture, allow others into the studio
IMPORTANT:
- Only Fully-Vaccinated members are allowed to enter and attend studio classes. (Completed 14 days after 2 shots of Pfizer / AstraZeneca / Sinovac OR completed 28 days after 1 shot of CanSino / Johnson & Johnson)
- Only Members with MySejahtera with displayed status as Low Risk and Casual Contact without symptom are allowed to attend class.
- Only Members with MySejahtera apps via smart phone are allowed to enter the studio. We DO NOT accept any other form of proof of vaccination or Covid Status
